• Individuals using the parks are required to adhere to CDC Guidelines concerning <br /> facial covering, with the exception of children under two years old, or persons who <br /> have trouble breathing due to a chronic pre-existing condition. <br /> • Minors shall always be accompanied by a parent or guardian. <br /> • Groups larger than ten(10) people are prohibited from gathering in one place. <br /> • Use of parks and recreational facilities shall be for limited passive uses, such as <br /> walking,jogging, running, stretching, biking and exercise. <br /> • Park use is encouraged to be limited to one hour or less. <br /> • Directional signage along sidewalks and walkways, established to minimize cross <br /> contact, shall be adhered to. <br /> • Restrooms at the park will be open for only one (1) person or family at a time. <br /> E. l Use of the following amenities is prohibited: <br /> • playgrounds; <br /> • tables; <br /> • fitness equipment; <br /> • water fountains; <br /> • bicycle racks; <br /> • water features; and <br /> • dog parks. <br /> G. Prohibition of Animals: <br /> F. I=Parking Limitations: <br /> • Parking garages and lots at each park remain open only to Sunny Isles Beach residents. <br /> 2. All prior Emergency Orders shall remain in effect except to the extent modified by this Emergency <br /> Order 09. <br /> 3. The provisions of this Emergency Order shall become effective at 12:01 am, Monday, June 8, <br /> 2020, and shall expire upon the expiration of the existing State of Local Emergency, as same <br /> may be extended by subsequent order or declaration, unless terminated earlier by the City <br /> Manager. <br /> Dated: June 5, 2020 B Y <br /> Christopher J.
