<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 27 <br /> <br />Section 4 <br /> <br />Evaluation Process <br /> <br />4.1 INSTRUCTIONS TO RESPONDENTS <br /> <br />Each submission will be reviewed to determine if the qualifications are responsive <br />to the outlined requirements in the solicitation. A responsive submission is one <br />which follows the requirements of this solicitation that includes all documentation, <br />is submitted in the format outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and <br />has the appropriate signatures as required on each document. Failure to comply <br />with these requirements may result in the submission being deemed non- <br />responsive. By the submittal of a proposal, each firm acknowledges and agrees to <br />all terms and conditions set forth in this RFQ and agreement by the City of Sunny <br />Isles Beach. <br /> <br />4.2 Technical Qualifications <br /> <br />Submissions shall include the following: <br /> <br />1. Firm’s relevant experience, qualifications and past performance with <br />Government and similar type projects. <br />2. Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel <br />3. Firm’s approach methodology to providing the services requested in this <br />solicitation. <br /> <br /> 4.2.1 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />In order to be considered responsive, Firms shall, at a minimum, <br />demonstrate compliance with the following Pre-Qualification Criteria in <br />their Submission. All requested documentation and/or information should <br />be provided in the submission to confirm that the firm has satisfied the <br />Prequalification Criteria in order to be properly evaluated as listed herein. <br />Firms failing to meet these requirements shall be deemed non responsive. <br />The Firm shall, at the time of submittal, time of award, and throughout the <br />duration of the Contract, continue to meet the following Pre- <br />qualification Criteria requirements as stated in the Solicitation Documents. <br /> <br />• Firms must have, as a prime project manager, a minimum of 10 years of <br />experience in projects of similar size and scope. <br />
