<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach |Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 28 <br /> <br />4.3 EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND AWARD <br /> <br />Each proposal will be reviewed to determine if the proposal is responsive to the <br />submission requirements outlined in this RFQ. A responsive proposal is one which <br />follows the requirements of this solicitation and includes all documentation, is <br />submitted in the format outlined in this solicitation, is of timely submission, and <br />has the appropriate signatures as required on each document. Failure to comply <br />with these requirements may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. <br /> <br />Firms submitting a proposal to this RFQ shall include detailed information <br />addressing the following criteria: <br /> <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, to waive any irregularities <br />or informalities in any submittal or in the RFQ procedures, and to accept or reject <br />any item or combinations of items. The award will be to the firms whose submittal <br />complies with all material requirements set forth in this RFQ and who is the most <br />qualified in the sole discretion of the City, taking into consideration all aspects of <br />the firm’s response. <br /> <br />END OF SECTION <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Evaluation Criteria <br />Professional Qualifications, the respondent shall be licensed to do business in <br />the State of Florida. Specific project experience relating to local Government, <br />and similar type projects providing services of the type required by this RFQ <br />Size of workforce, workload and availability of personnel per location <br />Financial stability and past record <br />Ability to complete projects on schedule and within budget <br />Is firm or sub-consultant a certified minority business enterprise <br />References
