Civil engineering projects may require <br />geotechnical, survey, environmental, and/or materials testing services, etc. Does the City <br />want us to submit a team with these potential subconsultants or use the firms selected in <br />those categories under this solicitation if awarded a task order requiring those disciplines? <br />A10.Yes, please submit your list of sub-consultants. <br />Q11. Page 33 of the RFQ asks for Commodity Codes. Does this refer to the categories or <br />does the City want NAICS codes listed on the form? <br />A11. You may leave this section blank. <br />Q12. Does the City require separate submittals for pursuing multiple scopes? <br />A12. No, just make sure to indicate in section 6.1 the categories your firm is applying for. <br />Q13. Can we submit only for the marine structures aspect of the Structural Engineering <br />scope? Or would we have to pursue the entire category, including building structures? <br />A13. You will need to submit for full structural services. <br />Q14. Is it possible to submit under coastal/marine engineering being that that is our area of <br />expertise? <br />A14. Firm may submit under Environmental Engineering category. <br />Q15. In the RFQ on page 1, it states all questions are due on Friday, July 17, 2020 by 5:00 <br />PM. On page 3 it states, “All questions regarding this Request for Qualifications No. 20-07- <br />01 shall be directed in writing to Mauricio Betancur, CMC, City Clerk, Friday, July 24, 2020.” <br />Can you please clarify if questions are due on July 17, 2020 by 5:00 PM or July 24, 2020? <br />A15. The questions due date is Friday, July 24, 2020. <br />Q16. Landscape Architect is listed under licensing requirements on page 11 - 12 of the RFQ, <br />which category should Landscape Architecture submit under? <br />A16. The City is currently not soliciting for landscape architecture services under this <br />continuing RFQ. <br />Q.17 Surveyors and Mapping is listed in the scope of services, on page 11 - 12 it does not state licensing requirements for Surveying. To pursue for Surveyors and Mapping, can you please clarify if the firm and/or individual needs to be licensed? <br /> <br />A17. The firm and/or individual needs to be registered in the State of Florida to engage in <br />the practice of surveying and mapping under this contract. <br />Q18. Under 2.6.1 Licensing Requirements, it states that the firm shall possess at minimum one <br />of the following licenses; however, on the list, it also states that "at a minimum, respondents <br />must have at least one LEED certified professional. Do you require all respondents to have a <br />LEED certified professional in the team?
