Resume <br />Maser Consulting <br />SR 519 from I-95 to North of SR 520, FDOT District 5 <br />Orange County, FL <br />Maser Consulting acted as a subconsultant to Tetra Tech to support this 4-mile pavement rehabilitation project. The <br />project scope included milling and resurfacing of the roadway, drainage improvements, various safety and ADA <br />improvements as well as a Right of Way Control Survey for the corridor. Maser Consulting leveraged a combination <br />of Terrestrial Mobile Lidar and conventional survey to expedite the creation of a digital terrain model of the roadway <br />with significant detail for cross slope correction and curb design. We designated Subsurface utilities for the entire <br />corridor in order to assist with design decision and improvements. <br /> <br />Florida State Route 54 Design-Build Services, FDOT District 7 <br />Pasco County, FL <br />Project Manager responsible for providing Mobile LiDAR scanning services and survey support for the creation of <br />design-build documents during the reconstruction of State Route 54 from the Suncoast Parkway to US 41 in Pasco <br />County. The highway was expanded from four lanes to six, with additional improvements including roadway, <br />drainage, walls, signing, pavement markings, signalization, lighting, landscaping, and geotechnical and subsurface <br />utility engineering. Median opening locations, driveway connection spacing, and turn-lane storage lengths were <br />maintained during the design-build process. Duties included managing and coordinating all surveying and mapping <br />services necessary to complete this project, including Mobile LiDAR data collection, processing, and extraction of <br />roadway features for creation of a standard deliverable in full compliance with FDOT standards. Static, mobile, and <br />aerial LiDAR were all used in a data fusion process in order to meet the aggressive schedule set by the contractor. <br /> <br />US 41 from Bullfrog Creek to Denver Street, FDOT District 7 <br />City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, FL <br />Maser Consulting was awarded an FDOT Continuing Service contract for survey support under the Wantman Group <br />Inc. This initial task order involved an updated control survey and topographic design survey for five miles of US 41 <br />in Hillsborough County. Responsibilities included providing Mobile LiDAR acquisition, processing, and extraction <br />for the design survey scope and merging conventional survey data collected by WGI. This data was utilized to <br />develop standard FDOT design files, including a detailed digital terrain model created from the LiDAR point cloud. <br /> <br />Push Button Design-Build Contract, FDOT District 7 <br />Various Locations <br />Contracted with WSP USA and Cone & Graham to support various design and construction projects for the FDOT <br />including lighting, signing, and traffic signalization throughout District 7. Duties include providing all survey-related <br />services in the design phase as task orders are released. To meet the demands of this contract, LiDAR scanning <br />was utilized to accelerate survey data collection and eliminate subsequent visits to the project sites. This data was <br />used to create FDOT compliant design survey files in MicroStation and assist the design team to help ensure the <br />success of the engineer and contractor. <br /> <br />All Aboard Florida, State Route 528 Mobile LiDAR <br />Orlando City, Orange County, FL <br />Project Manager on a team with AMEC Foster Wheeler and HNTB for an intercity passenger rail project, known as <br />All Aboard Florida, being developed by Florida East Coast Industries, LLC that will connect Miami to Orlando with <br />intermediate stations in Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Responsibilities included performing Mobile LiDAR <br />acquisition and subsequent design survey creation for a seven mile stretch of the planned rail corridor. After the <br />final data was adjusted and outputted, TopoDOT extraction software was utilized to compile 3D planimetrics and <br />topography. 3D line and point features were then traced and draped directly over the point cloud. In addition, survey <br />data for off pavement and obstructed areas was collected using conventional survey techniques and merged with <br />the LiDAR information to create the final digital terrain model and MicroStation design survey files. <br /> <br />District Wide SUE Designate, Locate and Coordination, District 1 <br />Performed task work orders to provide Quality Level A and B subsurface utility investigations. Quality Level A <br />involves the use of the use of nondestructive digging equipment at critical points to determine the precise horizontal <br />and vertical position of underground utilities, as well as the type, size, condition, material, and other characteristics. <br />Quality Level B involves the use of surface geophysical techniques to determine the existence and horizontal <br />position of underground utilities. <br />Section F, Page 19
