Mr. Walton supervised the geotechnical services, including phased exploration programs <br />as well as design and construction consultation. Challenges presented by the properties included shallow <br />organic deposits and loose saturated sands. Various site development options were evaluated including <br />several ground improvement techniques through iterative settlement analyses.
