(Maser Consulting) is a privately owned, multi-discipline, engineering firm with a diverse balance of public, private and federal clients. Maser Consulting has built a great reputation with our clients by focusing on our core values: responsiveness, customer service, quality, accountability, integrity and safety. Our dedicated specialists pride themselves in providing conventional engineering and survey services combined with advanced technologies to facilitate customized strategies to solve our clients’ challenges. Financial Stability and Size of Workforce Established in 1984, Maser Consulting P.A. was incorporated in New Jersey in 1985. Over the past 36 years, Maser Consulting has been under the leadership of Richard Maser, PE and includes several shareholders who are geographically positioned to provide professional consulting engineering and surveying services to private and public sector clients nationwide. Maser Consulting currently has 34 offices and employs over 950 professionals nationwide that include licensed surveyors, engineers, planners, landscape architects, and environmental scientists. On or about July 13, 2020, Maser Consulting entered into a new partnership with Colliers International whereby Colliers now owns a majority stake in Maser Consulting. With this partnership, Maser plans to leverage the size, resources and established infrastructure of Colliers to continue the growth of our business. We believe this partnership will provide our clients with unmatched offerings, enhance our ability to continue what has made us successful and allow us to expand our service lines and markets throughout the U.S. The partnership will not result in a material change within Maser organizationally or in management control. The firm has grown through solid strategic planning, the development of a strong team of responsive professionals, leading-edge technology, and diversification of services. As part of its growth, Maser opened its first office in Florida in 2013. The firm currently has five (5) offices in Florida with a staff of 97 Professional Surveyors, Engineers, Technicians, Administration and Field Crews providing consulting services to private and public sector clients. For the purpose of this contract Maser Consulting is proposing to provide services in the Surveying and Mapping and Geotechnical categories. Section E, Page 1
