<br />Longitude Surveyors LLC (LS) is a rapidly
<br />growing firm that has been serving the
<br />South Florida community for the past
<br />sixteen (16) years. Longitude specializes in
<br />Control, Design, and Right-of-Way Surveys
<br />for infrastructure improvements. LS is
<br />based in Doral, Florida with satellite offices
<br />in Monroe and Palm Beach Counties. LS has Clients in both
<br />the public and private sectors, including Florida Department
<br />of Transportation (FDOT), Miami-Dade Expressway Authority
<br />(MDX) Florida Power and Light (FP&L), Miami-Dade Water and
<br />Sewer Department (MDWASD), City of Miami Beach, Port of
<br />Miami, Village of Key Biscayne, Town of Cutler Bay, Village of
<br />Palmetto Bay, City of Miami, Village of Pinecrest, and various
<br />other municipalities. Longitude’s portfolio consists of working
<br />with many of Florida’s highly recognized Engineering and
<br />Architectural firms and developers. Longitude also offers
<br />Sub-Surface Utility Engineering (SUE) services which includes
<br />designation (the marking of underground utilities on the
<br />ground) and potholing or soft digging, where the underground
<br />utility is exposed using Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).
<br />Longitude has performed and specializes in various types of
<br />Surveys including Topographic Surveys, As-Built Surveys, SUE
<br />(Sub-Surface Utility Engineering), Soft Digs, Construction,
<br />Pump Stations, Photogrammetry, ALTA Surveys, Sketch &
<br />Legal Descriptions, Elevation Certificates, Scanning, and
<br />Bathymetric Surveys. Longitude has performed work on water
<br />mains, bridges, parks, and Surveys for roadway design.
<br />Certifications: Longitude is certified as a DBE, Disadvantaged
<br />Business Enterprise as well as SBE, Small Business Enterprise.
<br />LS also holds MDX Certification.

<br />Mr. Eduardo (Eddie) Suarez,
<br />PSM, Principal has been in
<br />the Land Surveying profession
<br />in South Florida for the past
<br />31 years. Eddie oversees the
<br />daily operation of Longitude
<br />Surveyors, LLC. He has
<br />extensive experience in project
<br />management of a wide variety
<br />of projects and surveys for both the public and private sectors.
<br />Eddie spent his formative years working as a subconsultant to
<br />FDOT both in the field and office. As President of his firm, he
<br />has been the Principal–In-Charge over the past 14 years for
<br />all FDOT projects his firm has been associated with. He knows
<br />the District well, its procedures and expectations. His role in
<br />this project would be to direct the Team to come up with a
<br />strategic plan to perform the work, prepare a schedule, and
<br />provide the necessary resources to be successful.
<br />John H. Adler III, PSM, Senior
<br />Project Surveyor and Mapper,
<br />has over 37 years of Surveying
<br />experience in Florida, John has
<br />worked in the field, provided
<br />technical support, and managed
<br />hundreds of Surveying projects.
<br />John joined the Longitude
<br />Surveyors team in 2013. John is a
<br />Senior Project Surveyor managing large Route Surveys, FDOT
<br />projects and Sub-Surface Utility Engineering (SUE) projects.
<br />He also provides QA/QC services and is a vital member of the
<br />Longitude Team.
