BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson prepared a Topographic (as-built) survey of twenty-one (21) storm water outfalls draining into <br />North Lake, and three (3) storm water outfalls draining into South Lake in the City of Hollywood, Florida. <br />The survey included all of the outfall <br />locations covering the project area <br />based on plats, right-of-way maps, and <br />information from Broward County and <br />the City. The survey also included <br />locations and topographic elevations <br />of two (2) drainage structures, <br />including rim, inverts, pipe sizes and <br />material upstream from each outfall, <br />and other aboveground visible <br />improvements along the drainage <br />route, including trees and overhead <br />utility lines, and improvements within <br />the rights-of-way within fifty (50) feet of <br />the upstream structures. We also <br />established two (2) site benchmarks <br />within the project limits. All elevations <br />will be relative to North American <br />Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
