BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson provided surveying services for the project which involved replacement of two aerial crossings <br />supported by piles; a 16” over Oleta River along Miami Gardens Dr. and a 12” over the Biscayne Canal along NW 7 th <br />Avenue. We prepared a topographic survey of two sites for design purposes. Site 1 lies within the right of way along Miami <br />Gardens Drive over the Oleta River for a length of approximately 300 total linear feet of roadway, and Site 2 lies within the <br />right of way along N.W. 7th Avenue over the Biscayne Canal for a length of approximately 300 total linear feet of roadway. <br />The survey also included four (4) hydrographic cross-sections of a portion of the Oleta River, two (2) on each side of <br />Miami Gardens Drive and four (4) hydrographic cross-sections of a portion of the Biscayne Canal, two (2) on each side <br />of N.W. 7th Avenue. Cross sections were along the bridge on each side and 25 feet upstream and downstream. <br /> <br /> <br />25.
