<br />Mr. Gibney was project manager for this Complete Streets Project which involved providing surveying, civil
<br />engineering, and landscape architectural services for the design and permitting of approximately 0.90 miles of
<br />roadway improvements. Construction included a complete storm drainage system, a roundabout to replace an
<br />existing traffic signal, traffic calming devices, landscape and streetscape, utility coordination/relocations, &
<br />roadway reconstruction.

<br />Mr. Gibney managed this project. NCNIP BP 11 included over 14,777 LF of storm sewer, 12,993 LF of
<br />exfiltration trench, 64,000 LF of water main, 553 water services 49,700 LF of reclaimed water main, 796
<br />reclaimed water services, 43,805 LF of gravity sewer main, 750 sewer laterals, lift station, and 1,630 LF of force
<br />main. Main line pipe sizes ranged from 4” to 48” in diameter. The project also included over 50,688 LF linear
<br />feet of new roadway construction, sidewalks, driveway aprons, and sodded swales.

<br />construction project consisted of pavement, base and sub-grade reconstruction, curb & gutter construction, bike
<br />lane construction, sidewalk construction, median construction, drivew ay reconstruction within the Right-of-way,
<br />drainage system construction, landscaping & irrigation construction, pavement marking & signage, traffic signal
<br />modification at Reese Road and at Nova Drive, street lighting, and coordination with utility companies.

<br />Project Manager, CEI services -The new control structure was placed in the dry retention to limits the discharge
<br />to the canal and provides the required water quality for the Public Works Site, Covenant House Park Site, and
<br />the West Side. The North Side has its own dry retention area for water quality and control structure with a weir
<br />elevation of 3.10’ NAVD, prior to discharging to the main trunk line. The storm sewer was 3,225 linear feet, the
<br />exfiltration trench was 1,270 linear feet, the roadway, 6,100 linear feet and the sidewalk 2,300 linear feet.

<br />complete streets bounded by Pembroke Road to the north, County Line Road to the south, SW 62nd Avenue to
<br />the west, and SR 7 to the east. The project includes six (6) streets in the Historical Area. The improvements
<br />include: sidewalks, ADA ramps, crosswalks, pedestrian level lighting, landscaping and hardscape.
