<br />Streetscape and Enhancement Project. The project was funded and managed by the Fort Lauderdale CRA and
<br />included streetscape improvements consisting of landscape, median, paver sidewalk, lighting, drainage and
<br />other improvements. Work included close coordination with existing businesses during construction, public
<br />relations to keep all parties informed of improvements, maintenance of traffic coordination to ensure access to
<br />all affected properties throughout construction and a full time RPR on-site managing the project. The project
<br />was federally funded including LAP funding.

<br />which warranted attention in order to conform to current standards.
