BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson performed drainage modeling for this project using software known as Interconnected Pond <br />Routing (ICPR). The program inputs were the with the 10-year/1-day, 25-year/3-day and 100-year/3-day storm <br />events. The drainage systems designed, permitted and constructed consisted of exfiltration trench, re-grading <br />of swales, upsizing of piping, new piping and structures connected to existing systems wherever possible for <br />overflow purposes. This project required coordination with several different municipalities and agencies <br />including the Broward County Surface Water Management, and South Florida Water Management District. <br />NCNIP Bid Package 11 included over 14,777 linear feet of new storm sewer, and 12,993 linear feet of <br />exfiltration trench. The project also included over 50,688 linear feet of new roadway construction, sidewalks, <br />driveway aprons, and sodded swales.
