<br />Mr. Gibney has over thirty-three years of experience providing project
<br />management, design and construction management services for public civil
<br />engineering projects. These projects include infrastructure improvements for
<br />a multitude of infrastructure rehabilitation projects. This includes design and
<br />CEI services for water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection &
<br />transmission systems, pavement design, storm water management systems,
<br />drainage systems, preparation of contract documents and specifications &
<br />construction inspections.
<br />Relevant Experience:
<br />North County Neighborhood Improvements Project, NE Quadrant, Bid Package
<br />11 | Broward County, Florida | Project Manager. This project included
<br />approximately 357 acres of land between Dixie Highway and Federal Highway,
<br />north of Sample Road in Broward County. This project included over 14,777
<br />LF of new storm sewer, 12,993 LF of exfiltration trench, 64,500 LF of water
<br />main, 553 water services (many of these services were moved from the rear
<br />of the lot to the front), 78 fire hydrants, 235 gate valves, 42,800 LF of
<br />grouting and abandon in place watermain, 15,400 LF of water service pipe on
<br />private property 49,700 LF of reclaimed water main, 796 reclaimed water
<br />services, 43,805 LF of gravity sewer main, 750 sewer laterals, lift station, and
<br />1,630 LF of force main. The project also included over 50,688 LF of new
<br />roadway construction, sidewalks, driveway aprons, and sodded swales.
<br />Craven Thompson provided surveying, civil engineering, landscape
<br />architecture and construction engineering services on the project. The project
<br />was certified to BCWWS, the Health Department, BCTED, Broward County
<br />Wastewater, and the SFWMD.
<br />NE 34th Court Complete Streets Project | Oakland Park, Florida | Project
<br />Manager - The Complete Streets Project included full roadway reconstruction
<br />design, storm water management ICPR modeling and design, utility
<br />coordination and relocation, landscape and streetscape enhancement, and all
<br />associated jurisdictional permitting. This project required permit approvals
<br />from BCEPD, Broward County Health Department, and the City of Oakland
<br />Park Public Works and Engineering and Community Development
<br />Departments. This project utilized FDOT LAP funding for construction. Craven
<br />Thompson assisted the City of Oakland Park with the funding procurement.
<br />NE 38th Street Complete Streets Project | Oakland Park, Florida | Project
<br />Manager. The consulting services included landscape and streetscape
<br />enhancement, a complete storm sewer system, a roundabout to replace an
<br />existing traffic signal, traffic calming devices, utility coordination and
<br />relocation, and full roadway reconstruction. The main Project objective was to
<br />discourage truck traffic and redirect cut-through traffic from NE 38th St. to
<br />alternate routes between Andrews Ave. and NE 11th Ave. This project required
<br />permit approvals BCEPD, and the City of Oakland Park Public Works and
<br />Engineering and Community Development Departments.
