<br />With over 33 years of experience, 25 years within South Florida, Mr. Hall has
<br />an extensive and diverse project history. His experience includes modeling,
<br />master planning, preparation of construction documents, permitting, and
<br />construction administration for numerous water distribution, sewer collection,
<br />storm water management, and land development projects. Having
<br />participated in the design and implementation of everything from small in-fill
<br />development to large neighborhood improvements. He has been exposed to a
<br />wide range of public infrastructure projects.
<br />Relevant Experience:
<br />Royal Palm Estates Neighborhood Drainage Improvements | Plantation, Florida
<br />| Project Manager. Craven Thompson provided surveying, analysis,
<br />assessment for repair/replacement of existing storm water management
<br />systems, preparation of construction documents and permitting, bidding
<br />assistance, and construction services for this neighborhood. The
<br />neighborhood is 512 acres in size and is bounded by the El Dorado
<br />Neighborhood to the north, SW 63rd Ave. to the east, S. University Dr. to the
<br />west, and I-595 to the south. Improvements include: 12,080 LF of swale re-
<br />grading, 11,279 LF of storm pipe removal, removal of 177 storm drainage
<br />structures, the installation of 4,093 LF of 15” diameter storm sewer, 2,483 LF
<br />of 18” diameter storm sewer, 4,691 LF of 24” diameter storm sewer, 371 LF
<br />of 30” diameter storm sewer, the removal and replacement of 3 outfalls, the
<br />installation of 154 – 30” diameter ADS drainage structures, 5 - type “C” catch
<br />basins, 5 – 4’ diameter drainage structures, and 10 – 5’ diameter drainage
<br />structures. The project also included the dredging and re-shaping of 5,078 LF
<br />of existing canals. Restoration of rights-of-way areas was also included.
<br />Golden Shores Utility Undergrounding Project |Sunny Isles Beach, Florida |
<br />Project Manager. This project brings repaved roads in the entire Golden Shores
<br />neighborhood, enhanced beautification and landscape in the community, new
<br />and improved decorative street lighting (the same as all new lights on Collins
<br />and other City roads), and an improved sidewalk that extends the length of
<br />Atlantic Blvd. from 185 St. to 191 St. on the east side connecting to Collins
<br />Ave. at select street locations, which will aid pedestrian traffic. In addition, the
<br />project also helps reduce the number of power and utility outages, and
<br />increases safety by eliminating downed live distribution electrical wires during
<br />and after a storm or hurricane. The installation of new equipment is more
<br />resistant to the impacts of weather and will provide for quicker restoration
<br />should power and utility outages occur.

<br />Florida | Senior Engineer - Craven Thompson has served as a General Civil
<br />Engineering Consultant for the City of North Miami Beach since 2014. In this
<br />role, we have completed numerous Capital Improvement projects including
<br />utility GIS; utility rehabilitations; surveying, bidding assistance; permitting and
<br />construction engineering and inspection services.
