(continued) <br />Park East Neighborhood Drainage Improvements | Plantation, Florida | Project Manager <br />Craven Thompson provided surveying, analysis, assessment for repair/replacement of existing storm <br />water management systems, preparation of construction documents and permitting, bidding assistance, <br />and construction services for the Park East Neighborhood. The neighborhood is 620 acres in size and is <br />bounded by the West Sunrise Blvd. to the north, the Florida Turnpike to the west, State Road 7 to the <br />east, and West Broward Boulevard to the south. Improvements include: 1,500 LF of swale re-grading, <br />14,340 LF of storm sewer removal, removal of 158 storm drainage structures, the installation of 4,000 <br />LF of 15” diameter storm sewer, 1,600 LF of 18” diameter storm sewer, 3,400 LF of 24” diameter storm <br />sewer, 1,600 LF of 30” diameter storm sewer, 1,100 LF of 36” diameter storm sewer, 900 LF of 42” <br />diameter storm sewer, 750 LF of 48” diameter storm sewer, 370 LF of 54” diameter storm sewer the <br />removal and replacement of 6 outfalls, and the installation of 155 – 30” diameter ADS drainage <br />structures. The project also included C.I.P.P. lining of: 400 LF of 12” diameter storm sewer, 1,040 LF of <br />18” diameter storm sewer, 135 LF of 21” diameter storm sewer, 136 LF of 24” diameter storm sewer, <br />400 LF of 30” diameter storm sewer, 147 LF of 36” diameter storm sewer, 138 LF of 42” diameter storm <br />sewer, 72 LF of 48” diameter storm sewer, 986 LF of various diameters of elliptical storm sewer and the <br />conversion of 2,633 LF of existing canal into a piped system. Restoration of the disturbed right -of-way <br />areas was also included. <br />City of Fort Lauderdale, Undergrounding of Utilities Continuing Services | Fort Lauderdale, Florida <br />Mr. Hall managed the general services contract to assist in facilitating the undergrounding of utilities <br />within neighborhood through special assessment. Projects required a clear roadmap of procedure, ability <br />to communicate effectively with residents, coordination of utilities, understanding of FP&L tariff and <br />requirements thereof, assistance in drafting proper ordinance, cost estimates, and understanding of <br />special assessment procedures and requirements. <br />Plantation Golf Estates Drainage Improvements | Plantation, Florida | Project Manager <br />Craven Thompson provided surveying, analysis, assessment for repair/replacement of existing storm <br />water management systems, preparation of construction documents and permitting, bidding assistance, <br />and construction services for the Plantation Golf Estates Neighborhood. The neighborhood is 355 acres <br />in size and is bounded by the El Dorado Neighborhood to the southwest, West Broward Boulevard to the <br />north, the Plantation Park Neighborhood to the east, and W. Broward Boulevard to the south. <br />Improvements include: 1,000 LF of swale re-grading, 913 LF of storm pipe removal, the installation of <br />532 LF of 15” diameter storm sewer, 352 LF of 18” diameter storm sewer, 29 LF of 72” diameter storm <br />sewer, the dredging of 4,875 LF of existing canal, the installation of 28 – 30” diameter ADS drainage <br />structures. Restoration of the disturbed right-of-way areas was also included. <br />Historical Area Neighborhood Drainage Improvements | Plantation, Florida | Project Manager <br />Craven Thompson provided surveying, analysis, assessment for repair/replacement of existing storm <br />water management systems, preparation of construction documents and permitting, bidding assistance, <br />and construction services for the Historical Area Neighborhood. The neighborhood is 325 acres in size <br />and is bounded by the Palm Tree Road to the north, NW 65th Avenue to the west, the Florida Turnpike to <br />the east, and W. Broward Boulevard to the south. Improvements include: 1,000 LF of swale re-grading, <br />1,276 LF of storm pipe removal, the installation of 245 LF of 15” diameter storm sewer, 415 LF of 18” <br />diameter storm sewer, 616 LF of 24” diameter storm sewer, 2 outfall replacements, the installation of 4 <br />– 30” diameter ADS drainage structures, and one 5’ diameter drainage structure. <br /> <br /> <br />F | Page 37
