Services to the District <br />includes plan and Constructability Review; engineering studies and reports; <br />plan reviews, surveying; design & permitting for capital improvement projects; <br />construction services; inspection services; and meeting attendance. <br />National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System MS4 Permit | Aventura, <br />Florida | Project Manager - Project Manager responsible for collecting <br />information, documenting, and preparation of annual reports. Also, included <br />coordinating and providing advice related to a new inter-local agreement. <br />Western CBWCD C-11 Facilities Report Update and Basin Study | Davie, <br />Florida | Project Manager -, He performed a hydrologic and hydraulic analysis <br />of CBWCD canals within the Western C-11 Basin; developed a model utilizing <br />PCSWMM stormwater modeling software. The modeling is based on a new <br />GIS geodatabase for the District. An updated capital improvement plan was <br />developed for the basin. <br />Eastern C-11 Facilities Report Update and Basin Study - CBWCD, | Davie, <br />Florida | Project Manager - In this role he is managing the East Basin Facilities <br />Plan update for the District. This includes secondary canal and culvert <br />surveys, analyzing existing and future land use changes, developing a new <br />hydrology and hydraulics model, and the development of an updated capital <br />improvement plan for the basin. <br />Young at Art Museum / Broward County Library, | Davie, Florida | Project <br />Manager - Construction Cost: $26 Million. The 55,000 square foot Gold-LEED <br />certified educational arts complex was built on 11.7 acres of land contributed <br />by Broward County and includes a Broward County Library. Challenges <br />included maximizing site layout while avoiding wide existing easements, <br />coordinating off-site driveway connections with Town of Davie, and securing <br />variances from the Central Broward Water Control District. <br /> <br /> <br />F | Page 42
