Improvements are located within the City of Miami Gardens <br />bordered by NW 213th Street to the north, NW 207th Lane to the south, NW <br />37th Avenue (Douglas Road) to the east, and a vacant plot of land to the west. <br />It is a drainage improvements project for the City of Miami Gardens. The <br />project resulted in no additional increases to the site impervious area and <br />was an improvement to existing conditions. The project included 1,900 linear <br />feet of roadway and 1,900 linear feet of storm sewer and full right-of-way <br />restoration. <br />S-24 Culvert Replacement Project | Davie, Florida | Senior Construction <br />Inspector - The S-24 Replacement Project involved the replacement of the <br />existing culvert and associated headwalls with (2) 54-inch culverts and riprap <br />headwalls. Approximately 71 cubic yards of clean material was used to fill a <br />0.01-acre area and 158 cubic yards of material was dredged to a depth of - <br />3.60 NAVD from a 0.05-acre area to complete the culvert and headwall <br />installation. <br />N11 & N12 Control Structure Project | Davie, Florida | Senior Construction <br />Inspector - Provided inspection on the installation of motorized slide gates at <br />the confluence of the N-11 and N-12 Canals with the C-11 Canal. Both canals <br />are located within the District’s N-12 Basin. The project purpose is to manage <br />canal levels in the N-12 Basin to provide better flood control during routine <br />(daily) and emergency (pre- and post-storm) events. <br />NE 191st Street Drainage Improvements | Aventura, Florida | Senior <br />Construction Inspector - The stormwater improvements included the removal <br />of 425 linear feet of C.M.P. replaced with 24” R.C.P. and exfiltration trench, <br />along with 140 linear feet of new trench. <br />Harlem McBride Area Roadway & Drainage Improvements | Oakland Park, <br />Florida Senior Construction Inspector - Responsible for Inspection services for <br />drainage and roadway construction of Harlem McBride area. Project consists <br />of storm water system; water distribution system and roadway pavement <br />overlay. <br />Original Section Infrastructure Implementation | Greenacres, Florida | Senior <br />Construction Inspector Construction inspector for the remediation plan <br />implementation which involved re-shaping of the existing ditch system, <br />repairs to canal connections and embankment, and connection of incomplete <br />roadway drainage systems. <br /> F | Page 52
