He <br />has been the Project Surveyor/Manager for variety of surveys such as <br />ALTA/ACSM Land Title, As-Built, Boundary and Topographic, Control and <br />Quantity Surveys. <br />Relevant Experience: <br />NE 34th Court Complete Streets Project | Oakland Park, Florida | Project <br />Surveyor - The streetscape and engineering services include full survey, <br />roadway reconstruction design, storm water management ICPR modeling and <br />design, utility coordination and relocation, landscape and streetscape <br />enhancement, and all associated jurisdictional permitting. This project <br />required permit approvals from Broward County Environmental Protection <br />Department (EPD), Broward County Health Department, and the City of <br />Oakland Park Public Works and Engineering and Community Development <br />Departments. This project utilizes FDOT LAP funding for construction. Craven <br />Thompson assisted the City with the funding procurement. <br />Oleta River and Biscayne Canal Aerial Crossing Survey | North Miami Beach, <br />Florida | Surveyor - Mr. Messina provided surveying services for the project <br />which involved replacement of two aerial crossings supported by piles; a 16ā€ <br />over Oleta River along Miami Gardens Dr. and a 12ā€ over the Biscayne Canal <br />along NW 7th Ave. We prepared a topographic survey of two sites for design <br />purposes. Site 1 lies within the right-of-way along Miami Gardens Dr. over the <br />Oleta River for a length of approximately 300 total LF of roadway, and Site 2 lies <br />within the right of way along NW 7th Avenue over the Biscayne Canal for a length <br />of approximately 300 total linear feet of roadway. The survey also included <br />four (4) hydrographic cross-sections of a portion of the Oleta River, two (2) on <br />each side of Miami Gardens Drive and four hydrographic cross-sections of a <br />portion of the Biscayne Canal, two on each side of NW 7th Avenue. Cross <br />sections were along the bridge on each side and 25 feet up and downstream. <br />NE 14th Avenue Streetscape Improvements | Hallandale Beach Florida <br />Project Surveyor - The project area is along NE 14th Avenue, between <br />Hallandale Beach Boulevard and Atlantic Shores Boulevard. The project <br />corridor is approximately 3,400 linear feet. The project includes: Mill and <br />overlay entire roadway (including pavement markings); on east side of NE <br />14th Avenue, mill and overlay off-street parking (including pavement <br />markings) and provide new Type ā€˜D’ curbed landscape bulb-outs to delineate <br />parallel parking and include canopy trees, shrubs, groundcover and spray and <br />drip irrigation; bike lanes on both sides of roadway; curbing or other <br />treatments at existing driveway entrances; canopy trees with gr ound cover <br />intermingled and drip irrigation on the west side of NE 14th Avenue; <br />landscape screening along north, south, and west sides. <br /> <br />F | Page 59
