Messina, P.S.M. (continued) <br />Roadway Maintenance Easement | Oakland Park | Surveyor <br />Mr. Messina prepared a sketch and legal description of the right-of-way of Prospect Road and Andrews <br />Avenue, that is occupied by the improvements to the Plaza. The sketch and legal will be used as an <br />attachment to the Revocable License Agreement prepared by Broward County. The Revocable License <br />Agreement facilitated the planned improvements within the right-of-way. <br />GIS Utility Atlas | Port Everglades, Florida | GIS Specialist <br />Mr. Messina assisted in the preparation of a Port-wide GIS mapping of all drainage, sanitary sewer and <br />water distribution facilities as well as other utilities. The purpose of the project was to provide the Port <br />with a functional Utility GIS in ESRI ArcGIS format for all underground water, sa nitary and storm sewer, <br />electric, and telecommunication utilities. <br />Greenacres - Digital Topographic Mapping for FEMA Flood Map | Greenacres, Florida | Surveyor <br />The survey included a GPS network of control to meet horizontal and vertical accuracies to 0.10 feet on <br />all hard surfaces within the project area. This consisted of setting 20 aerial targets to control an area of <br />about 7,700 acres from Southern Boulevard, south to Lake Worth Road and from Military Trail west to <br />Pinehurst Drive. Our survey crews then ran level loops and cross-sections over 304 ground truth checks <br />on hard surfaces at 30 street intersections. <br />NW 1st Avenue, NW 15th Avenue, & NW 15th Drive Topographic Route Survey | North Miami Beach Florida <br />| Project Surveyor – Mr. Messina prepared topographic route surveys for a project which involved <br />installation of water mains at three separate locations, totaling 4,460 LF, to improve fire flow. NW 1st <br />Avenue, located within unincorporated Miami-Dade County, includes approximately 2,400 LF of 12” <br />water main; NW 15th Avenue, also within Miami-Dade County, included continuation of existing mains in <br />two locations totaling 360 LF of 12” water main; and NW 15th Drive included approximately 1,700 LF of <br />8” water main. <br />Broward County Regional Reuse Water Master Plan GIS of Existing, Planned & Potential Lines and <br />Parcels | Broward County, Florida | GIS Specialist - Mr. Messina as the GIS Sub-consultant for Hazen and <br />Sawyer for the Regional Reuse Water Master Plan for Broward County, performed the geospatial analysis, <br />database management, and GIS mapping of all existing, planned, and proposed reuse waterlines in <br />Broward County. <br />NE 213th Street Survey | Aventura, Florida <br />Mr. Messina prepared a topographic survey of a portion of the full right of way for NE 213th Street, <br />bounded on the west by the east right of way line for Biscayne Boulevard and bounded on the east by the <br />east right-of-way line for NE 34th Avenue. This Topographic Survey met the current surveying <br />requirements of the Board of Professional Surveyors and Mappers of the State of Florida, as outlined in <br />Rules 5J-17.051 and 5J-17.052, of the Florida Administrative Code and included recovery of right of way <br />monumentation, and the location of all aboveground visible fixed improvements within the right-of-way <br />Beachcomber Villas ALTA Survey and Flood Certificate | Pompano Beach, Florida | Surveyor <br />Mr. Messina prepared a boundary and topographic survey of the residential property, situated along the <br />Atlantic Ocean on the above-referenced property. Located Coastal Construction Control Line, and FIRM <br />Velocity Zones. Obtained building, site and mechanical equipment elevations, record pictures and <br />prepared a single FEMA Elevation Certificates for the lobby, restaurant and hotel tower structures. <br />Lift Station E-2 Scanner As-Built Survey | Hollywood, Florida | Surveyor <br />Mr. Messina supervised the surveying of the existing above and below ground elements of the station <br />using a Leica C-10 Laser Scanner. <br />F | Page 60
