We placed a 60d nail or ⅝” iron rod at the center of each piling. <br />East Las Olas Boulevard Forcemain Survey | Fort Lauderdale, Florida | Project Surveyor - Prepared <br />Topographic Survey of that portion of the above referenced project, sufficient for engineering design of <br />the Force Main Improvements. This survey included the Rights of Way of Las Olas Boulevard from SE <br />17th Avenue to Lido Drive. The survey also included recovery of pertinent boundary corners, location of <br />aboveground visible improvements, including pavement, slabs, fences, trees, utility features, walls, etc. <br />Boundary Survey and Sketch & Legal for Ingress/Egress Easement | Southwest Ranches, Florida | <br />Surveyor - Prepared a boundary survey of a portion of Parcel 1, owned by GUS ASSETS, LLC, as defined by <br />the legal description in Certificate of Title, recorded as Instrument Number 113107329, in the Public <br />Records of Broward County, Florida. Said survey to include just the bound ary lines of Parcel 1, together <br />with the location of the existing north-south asphalt driveway, along the westerly line of said Parcel 1, and <br />prepared a separate sketch and legal description of an ingress and egress easement, running along the <br />existing driveway and extending northerly, to the north boundary of Parcel 1. <br />Prospect Road Plaza Survey | Oakland Park, Florida | Surveyor <br />Mr. Young prepared a boundary and topographic survey of the above property, based on a legal <br />description provided by the City. The survey consists of the two (2) separate undesignated tracts of land <br />approximately 1.5 acres each, being contiguous with and lying south of North Andrews Gardens. <br />Lake Worth 2020 Master Plan - R.O.W./Topographic Survey | Lake Worth, Florida | Surveyor <br />Mr. Young prepared a boundary and topographic survey of the rights-of-way covering approximately 3.25 <br />miles of roadway. The survey meets all of the current surveying requirements of the Board of <br />Professional Surveyors and Mappers of the State of Florida, as defined in Chapter 5J-17.050 - .052, <br />Florida Administrative Code. <br />L-12 Canal ROW Annexation Easement Sketch & Legal Description | Greenacres, Florida | Surveyor <br />Mr. Young prepared a sketch and description for a portion of the LWDD L-12 canal right-of-way between <br />Raulerson Drive and Military Trail as part of the effort to annex the property. This task included <br />calculating the area of the property description. <br />Greenacres - Digital Topographic Mapping for FEMA Flood Map | Greenacres, Florida <br />The survey included a GPS network of control to meet horizontal and vertical accuracies to 0.10 feet on <br />all hard surfaces within the project area. This consisted of setting 20 aerial targets to control an area of <br />about 7,700 acres from Southern Boulevard, south to Lake Worth Road and from Military Trail west to <br />Pinehurst Drive. Our survey crews then ran level loops and cross-sections over 304 ground truth checks <br />on hard surfaces at 30 street intersections across the City with accuracy of 0.09 feet at one sigma and <br />0.18 feet accuracy at 95% two sigma. The LiDAR data was delivered and accepted by FEMA. <br />Town of Davie 20’ Wide Utility Easement | Davie, Florida | Surveyor - Prepared a sketch and legal <br />description for a 20-foot wide utility easement, running along the northerly boundary of the Nova High <br />School and Nova Blanche Forman Elementary School, extending from the east right-of-way line of College <br />Avenue, easterly to the west right-of-way line of Davie Road, approximately 2,310 feet. <br />Storm Sewer Outfall Replacement to SFWMD C-17 Canal Survey | Lake Park, Florida | Survey Project <br />Manager - He prepared an As-built survey of the 2 outfalls and 2 drainage structures in the City of Lake <br />Park, and also including 1 structure at the car wash property and the next 4 drainage structures <br />upstream from and south of the Firestone property within the North Lake Blvd. R.O.W. The survey <br />included 3 hydrographic cross-sections of a portion of SFWMD Canal C-17 at the 2 outfall locations to <br />show the existing bank slope above and below the water out to the edge of water of the canal. <br />F | Page 63
