He <br />has performed both field and office work on a variety of projects both large and <br />small. He is experienced in all aspects of surveying including boundary, <br />topographic, construction layout, ALTA mortgage, as-built, control and location <br />surveys. He has prepared numerous plats and has been involved in the <br />recordation of these plats. <br />Related Work Experience (Partial Listing): <br />Hydrographic and Storm Water Infrastructure Survey | Greenacres, Florida | <br />Surveyor - Along with our sub-consultant, Craven Thompson created a survey <br />from high resolution, low level LiDAR and ground surveying. The survey <br />included roadways and canal cross-sections for proposed Drainage <br />Improvements. Also, included Right-of-way surveys, storm drains, canals and <br />ditches along 1st Street in the Original Section area of the City of Greenacres <br />and a portion of Lake Worth Canal E-3 (cross sectioned). <br />Livable Neighborhood Improvement Project - Vista Verde Phases 1A & 1B <br />Survey | Miami Gardens, Florida | Surveyor - Mr. Shahan provided surveying <br />services for the project which included surveying from right-of-way to right-of- <br />way and 10’beyond for 2000 LF of roadway right-of-way. This involved location <br />of all visible above ground improvements as well as obtaining inverts for storm <br />and sanitary structures. Mr. Shahan then developed an engineering base map <br />for design. <br />Main Street Topographic & Boundary Survey and Wetlands Delineation | <br />Coconut Creek, Florida | Surveyor - This project involved a Wetlands <br />Delineation, Boundary and Topographic Surveys for the Main Street <br />Development in Coconut Creek, Florida. Craven Thompson walked the wetland <br />perimeter of the wetland with JJ Goldasich and Associates to stake the limits of <br />the existing wetlands, and returned to survey and define those limits. <br />NE 203rd Street Sidewalk Improvement Survey | Aventura, Florida | Surveyor <br />Mr. Young prepared a topographic survey specific to the preparation of <br />improvements along NE 203rd St. from NE 29th Pl. to NE 29th Ct. The <br />improvements consist of the addition of a sidewalk from the existing bus stop <br />on NE 29th Pl. (on the west side of the roadway) to the northeast corner of NE <br />29th Ct. at NE 203rd St., including a marked crosswalk across NE 29th Ct. The <br />topographic survey was of the existing right-of-way of NE 203rd St. from 100 <br />feet west of NE 29th Ct. to NE 30th Ave. containing 500 LF of road. <br />University School Ballfield Topographic Survey | Davie, Florida | Surveyor <br />The Baseball Field was designed for The University School which is a private <br />High School affiliated with NSU and located within the campus.
