BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />The Vista Verde Phase 1D, 2, 3 Improvements project is located within the City of Miami Gardens bordered by <br />NW 213th Street to the north, NW 207th Lane to the south, NW 37th Avenue (Douglas Road) to the east, and a <br />vacant plot of land to the west. This is a drainage improvements project for the City of Miami Gardens. <br />Improvements include, but are not limited to the <br />following: <br />▪ 7,280 linear feet of storm sewer, <br />▪ 5,640 linear feet of exfiltration trench, <br />▪ 140 drainage structures, <br />▪ 30,050 SY of roadway milling & resurfacing, <br />▪ and 29,900 SY of roadway reconstruction. <br />The project involved the design, permitting of <br />Improvements for multiple phases within the Vista <br />Verde neighborhood in the City of Miami Gardens. <br />Craven Thompson processed permit applications with <br />Miami Dade Department of Environmental Resources <br />Management. Prepared bid documents. Craven <br />Thompson provided all of the survey services, all civil <br />engineering, and will provide construction management <br />for the project. <br />Construction Cost: $4,611,006.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
