BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson & Associates prepared a boundary and topographic survey, a boundary plat, plat revisions, <br />and certified corner records for the Southwest Ranches Town Hall Parcel. This included recovery and/or setting <br />of the existing boundary and/or right-of-way monumentation, establishing two (2) site benchmarks on, or <br />adjacent to the property, locating of all existing aboveground visible improvements within the survey limits, <br />including buildings, pavement, walkways, slabs, fences, utilities, trees, and signs, locating of all aboveground <br />and visible utilities features on, or immediately adjacent to the site, including trees (4” diameter at breast height), <br />and also including the full right-of-way of Griffin Road, and topography including spot elevations on the site on <br />an approximate one hundred (100) foot grid around the property, including the finish floor of the buildings, and <br />spot grades of the parking areas, driveways and sidewalks. Craven Thompson submitted to create a boundary <br />plat, showing all easements, rights-of-way and dedications for submittal to Town of Southwest Ranches and <br />Broward County, for approval.
