BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />Craven Thompson & Associates prepared a <br />topographic (as-built) survey of Filmore <br />Street, between N. 31st Avenue and N. 32nd <br />Avenue, in the City of Hollywood, Florida. <br />The survey included all locations and <br />topographic elevations of aboveground <br />visible improvements within the rights-of- <br />way limits, including rims, inverts, and pipe <br />sizes of all sanitary sewer manholes and <br />storm drainage structures, if accessible and <br />unobstructed. If obstructed, the structures <br />were noted on the drawing. We established <br />two (2) site benchmarks within the project <br />limits. All elevations will be relative to North <br />American Vertical Datum of 1988 <br />(NAVD88). <br />The survey was prepared in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Version 2014 drawing file format, and was delivered digitally in <br />AutoCAD Civil 3D, and on 24” x 36” signed and sealed hard copies. <br /> <br />Consultant Fees: $4,200.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
