BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br />This survey included the location of all <br />visible fixed improvements between the <br />north edge of pavement for Commercial <br />Boulevard, north to the back of the <br />existing parking lot. The area surveyed <br />was from the east edge of the west <br />entrance to Northridge Shopping Plaza, <br />east for approximately 500 feet. The <br />survey also included elevations <br />sufficient for engineering design and will <br />be based on the North American Vertical <br />Datum of 1988 (NAVD 88). <br />Craven Thompson also prepared a <br />sketch and legal description, for the <br />“Leased Premises” lands surveyed, <br />based on the final limits, as approved by <br />the City of Oakland Park. <br />Consultant Fees: $1,215.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25.
