Hugo has 40 years of experience providing geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, inspection and consulting services. He has managed/supervised multiple continuing contracts for both private and public sector clients throughout South Florida. Hugo will serve as Principal for both disciplines (environmental engineering and geotechnical services) and will be available 24/7 to all City staff and their consultants. In addition, he will also provide serve as the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) review of all geotechnical task orders. Geotechnical Services Project Manager Rutu Nulkar, P.E. has been practicing geotechnical engineering in South Florida for more than 16 years. Rutu has also managed and worked with Hugo on several public and private sector contracts during her career. Her geotechnical consulting capabilities include providing services for various types of projects including buildings, roadways, bridges, and drilled shaft inspections. REQUIRED STATEMENTS: The respondent warrants that he has not employed or retained any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working solely for the respondent to solicit or secure this agreement and that he has not paid or agreed to pay any person, company, corporation, individual or firm, other than a bona fide employee working solely for the respondent, any fee, commission or percentage, gift or other consideration contingent upon or resulting from award or making of this agreement. The Terracon Team warrants and represents that at all times during the term of the agreement it shall maintain in good standing all required licenses, certifications and permits required under federal, state and local laws necessary to perform the services. The Terracon Team is willing to meet any location, budget, task orders or minority business enterprise (MBE) procurement goals if any are set. Terracon is not a qualified minority business enterprise.
