Our team <br />communicates very effectively with the <br />various permit reviewers to expedite the <br />process and avoid any unnecessary comments. <br />On most permits, we will schedule a pre- <br />application meeting with the agency reviewer <br />to ensure that our approach is sound, and we <br />are filing the correct permit application and <br />associated fees. <br />100% FINAL Submittal <br />The 100% submittal will depict the final proposed engineering design package ready for the bidding and <br />award phase of the project. The final design package will include final construction drawings and <br />specifications, final engineer’s opinion of probable costs, permits, and project schedule. A final comment <br />and response log will also be prepared during this phase of the project. <br />Bidding & Construction <br />The Ross Project Manager will prepare a pre-bid meeting agenda jointly with the City’s project manager. <br />The Ross Team will attend the pre-bid meeting including site visit. During the bidding process our team <br />will respond to bidder’s request for information (RFI) and issue addenda, if required. <br />Ross will review the bid packages with the City's project manager, prepare a bid (comparison), evaluate <br />and recommend award. Once a contractor has been selected, we will attend the pre-construction meeting <br />to discuss key elements including construction schedule, phasing plan, utility conflicts, contractor’s <br />staging/yard area and maintenance of traffic plan. Our team will also review and process shop drawings, <br />conduct periodic site inspections at critical stages of construction or at intervals coordinated with the <br />City's construction manager, respond to contractor’s RFIs, and attend and witness system testing. During <br />the construction phase our team will also provide review of the schedule, schedule of values and attend <br />progress meetings. Once the work has been completed by the Contractor, we will review the As-built <br />drawings and all inspection report for compliance and submit all required permit closeout documents. <br />Our Management team will handle the close-out of the construction contract until the project has <br />received its certificate of occupancy and/or completion. Our team of construction management <br />professionals have vast experience in bringing jobs to a successful completion including the acceptance <br />of the final as-builts, density and compaction tests, pressure tests and punch lists. <br />Our team's background and great reputation in handling and dealing with local, State and Federal agencies <br />and understanding municipal polices will certainly be an asset to the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
