Hersh, AIA (305) 446-4877 <br />5 <br />2019 2020 (Anticipated) <br />Chrome Engineering, Inc., prepared structural plans and calculations for the construction of a two level 8,500 square foot area at the <br />Lightspeed Facility in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The two level structure will be built within an existing building and is designed to support <br />mechanical equipment at the mezzanine level and to provide accommodations for the staff responding to 311 and 911 calls. The proposed <br />supporting frame are steel columns and beams supported on concrete foundations. The roof is supported by steel joists. Chrome Engineering <br />also prepared the structural section of the project specifications manual.
