<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RFQ# 18-05-24 Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services: Construction Testing and Inspections <br />RFQ# 20-70-01 <br />Continuing Professional Consulting Services <br /> <br />MAXIMO PERALTA, P.E.: Maximo Peralta, P.E. will serve as Project Engineer. Mr. Peralta has over 11 years of experience providing geotechnical engineering services. Mr. Peralta will be responsible for coordinating the drill crew. Prior to mobilizing the drills to the site, he will perform site reconnaissance to determine accessibility for truck/track mounted drill rigs. <br /> <br />JOSE OLIVA: Jose Oliva will serve as the CADD Manager/Field Supervisor. Mr. Oliva has 23 years of experience supervising field crew and CADD. As Senior CADD Manager and Field Supervisor, Mr. Oliva has planned and coordinated over 1,500 transportation, residential and commercial projects. Mr. Oliva is responsible for supervising field work and all CADD/Microstation activities used to develop and generate plans and profiles. Mr. Oliva’s responsibilities include attending project kick-off meetings, boring layouts or coordination with SUE team member if SUE responsible for layout, safety training, planning mobilization of drilling equipment as well as manpower, and overseeing CADD/MicroStation technicians for geotechnical projects. He also maintains a database of related information in GIS. In addition, Mr. Oliva is an experienced Laboratory and CTQP certified QC Manager. Mr. Oliva is also MOT certified by MDX. <br />WILSON GONZALEZ: Wilson Gonzalez will serve as the Construction Materials Testing and <br />Inspection Project Coordinator under Mr. Thomas. Mr. Gonzalez has over 16 years of experience providing construction services. He will be responsible for coordinating the field technicians. He is responsible for the planning and coordination of a wide variety of projects, including transportation, residential and commercial works. His responsibilities include administrative control, site management and generation of daily progress reports. <br />CARLOS DUQUE: Carlos Duque will serve as Project Manager. Mr. Duque has over 13 years of project management experience in geotechnical laboratory testing, soil classification and related construction testing/inspection operations. He has been involved in numerous projects for the public and private sectors including Miami-Dade County, FDOT Districts IV, VI and Turnpike, Port of Miami, Port Everglades, South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), Miami-Dade Public Schools, School Board of Broward County, Monroe County School District, and Palm Beach County School District. Mr. Duque’s experience includes coordination, monitoring and evaluation of subsurface explorations, laboratory studies, construction operations and assistance in geotechnical report preparation. <br />MANUEL JUAN ROSA: Manuel Juan Rosa will serve as the Laboratory Manager. Mr. Rosa has more than 16 years of experience in providing construction materials testing and laboratory services. For the past 15 years, he has been the managing senior laboratory technician for AASHTO, CMEC and FDOT certified/validated laboratories. He has worked projects throughout South Florida including over 2,000 public sector projects for clients such as FDOT, St. Lucie County, Martin County, Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County. He holds CTQP and ACI technical certifications covering all aspects of soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregate testing. He reports directly to Mr. Krishnasamy and Mr. Thomas. <br />14
