Mr. Krishnasamy is an experienced Project Manager and Geotechnical Engineer focused on providing the client with a consistently accurate, cost-effective quality product that is delivered on time and within budget. Having been the Project Manager for over 5,000 projects, Mr. Krishnasamy has successfully managed a variety of projects, varying in size and complexity. He specializes in public work and government contracts. Among the 5,000+ projects are projects such as a $1.2 billion multimedia super corridor project that included universities, commercial buildings, and residential roadways. Mr. Krishnasamy has also been Project Manager for numerous annual contracts including: • Miami-Dade County • Miami Dade College • Broward County (library of services) • City of Miramar • City of Sunrise • City of Dania Beach • City of North Lauderdale • City of Lake Worth Beach • City of Boca Raton • Palm Beach County • Town of Jupiter • Solid Waste Authority (SWA) • Florida Department of Transportation (District 4, District 6, and Florida’s Turnpike) Mr. Krishnasamy has a history of maintaining strong working relationships with his clients and successfully retaining contracts through numerous extensions. His ongoing experience as Project Manager for continuing contracts for other public agencies provides him with the ability to understand and meet the demands of this contract. As demonstrated by his annual contract experience working as Project Manager, he is extensively familiar with general contracting methods.
