(1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) FIU Mango Building 5th and 6th Floor Restrooms Renovation (2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2018 CONSTRUCTION (if applicable) 2018 The project ‘s architectural and engineering services was to improve the existing male and female restrooms on the 5th and 6th floors as well as two showers on the 6th floor of the Management and New Growth Opportunities (MANGO) building. Scope of work includes addition of lavatories, change in finishes, addition of mirrors and replacement of toilet accessories in the restrooms as well as the addition of light fixtures and improvement to floor drainage in the showers. b (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) FIU MARC 3rd Floor Business Incubator (2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2017 CONSTRUCTIION (if applicable) 2017 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE √Check if project performed with current firm The project was to provide Architectural services for renovating approximately 7,400sf of existing office space on the third floor of the MARC Building. The work will involve selective demolition of existing interior partitions, floor finishes and ceilings . Renovation to incorporate perimter offices and a centrally located open office environment to facilitate the meeting of small and large groups. Spaces for a small meeting room, a training room/classroom, conference room and a break room are to be incorporated in the new design. c. (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) FIU Baseball Stadium Renovations (2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2011 CONSTRUCTION (if applicable) 2011 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE √ Check if project performed with current firm The project was to provide architectural services to alter and renovate approximately 4,200sf of ground floor space in the FI U Baseball Stadium building. The spaces to be altered include Home Team Locker Room and adjoining restroom/shower as well as the existing men's public restroom and the area immediately east of the existing women's restroom. This improvement is phase one of a larger effort to upgrade the baseball stadium facilities to comparable standards with other top rated higher educational baseball teams in the nation. Improvement will include expanding the existing Home Team Locker room to accommodate 40 lockers, larger restroom with individual showers, a lounge with a possible study area, a break room and a room to remove and store cleats. d (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) FIU Room EC 3930 (2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2018 CONSTRUCTION (if applicable) 2018 The project was to provide architectural services to design and produce construction drawings for the renovation of EC 3930 on the third floor of the Engineering Center Building. The design created a state of the art conference room that would be used to communicate with other organizations remotely and be a model high tech teaching and conferencing space on the engineering campus. e (1) TITLE AND LOCATION (City and State) MDC Koubek Center Renovations (2) YEAR COMPLETED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 2013 CONSTRUCTION (if applicable) 2013 (3) BRIEF DESCRIPTION (Brief scope, size, cost, etc.) AND SPECIFIC ROLE √Check if project performed with current firm This project improved the selected restorations/renovations at the Koubek Theater.
