The work will involve selective demolition of existing interior partitions, floor finishes and ceilings . <br />Renovation to incorporate perimter offices and a centrally located open office environment to facilitate the meeting of small <br />and large groups. The spaces to be altered include Home Team Locker Room and adjoining restroom/shower as well <br />as the existing men's public restroom and the area immediately east of the existing women's restroom. This improvement is <br />phase one of a larger effort to upgrade the baseball stadium facilities to comparable standards with other top rated higher <br />educational baseball teams in the nation.
