As a result, MC Harry Associates delivered the <br />first municipal project in South Florida to achieve LEED Gold <br />Certification. Contributing to this achievement is an annual water savings <br />of 53%; and a 19% annual energy savings. <br /> <br />The Community Center’s design expression reflects the neo- <br />Mediterranean architecture of the surrounding residential neighborhood. <br />The 8,700sf floor plan is organized around a linear pre-function lobby <br />space flanked by a large multipurpose assembly space on one side, and <br />a variety of administrative offices, toilet facilities, and storage spaces on <br />the other.
