The project includes evaluation of existing roofing, building structure and site to <br />determine a new roofing and drainage layout. Existing roofing did not provide ade- <br />quate drainage from the rooftop. Entire roofing was replaced with a secondary wa- <br />terproofing system to protect sensitive equipment within the building during con- <br />struction and a new primary system; a low maintenance, high performance TPO <br />top sheet. A/E performed design, bidding (Contractor selection) and C/A ser- <br />vices. Construction Cost: $140,4440.00 <br /> <br />Robert H. Gore Building, Fort Lauderdale: Site Security Improvements; including <br />fencing, lighting and street side landscaping around the building. Fencing was con- <br />figured to provide security without restricting appearance of the building or ease of <br />customer access. New high efficiency and low maintenance LED lighting was <br />added throughout the site to aid in security. These improvements, which included <br />landscaping, meet city ordinance requirements for street appearance. Other minor <br />code violations and safety items were discovered during construction and repairs <br />were designed and performed as required. A/E performed design, bidding <br />(Contractor selection) and C/A services. Total site area: 1.7 acres. Construction <br />Cost: $215,000.00 <br /> <br />Florida Highway Patrol Complex, Miami: Re-roofing for a one story 3,000sf com- <br />munications building. The project includes evaluation of existing HVAC units and <br />replacement of entire roofing; insulation and top sheet. New roofing product se- <br />lected is a low maintenance TPO sheet. A/E performed design, bidding (Contractor <br />selection) and C/A services. Construction Cost: $50,000.00 <br /> <br />Rohde Building Roofing Phase 1, Miami: Re-roofing of 10th level towers of the <br />Rohde Building.
