(2014-2017) <br />McTyre Park Master Plan: Master plan for an 18.5 acre public park. When fully <br />implemented, the Park will be transformed into the city’s focal point for a variety of <br />community activities, and offer a unique sports venue for both open field play and <br />court tournaments. <br /> <br />56th Avenue Streetscape Improvements: Approximately 1.5 miles of streetscape <br />improvements along the SW 56th Avenue corridor in City of West Park between <br />Pembroke Road to the north and Countyline Road to the south. Landscaped median <br />with roadway and bike path. <br /> <br />City Signage: Design for large scale entrance sign and fountain for the City’s main <br />entrance point at the SE corner of US441 and Pembroke Road. <br /> <br />Cultural Center Concept Design: Program elements include a community/cultural <br />center with facilities for youth and senior programs; and a recreation center with 3 <br />regulation size basketball courts with bleacher seating for approximately 1800 <br />spectators. <br /> <br />Municipal Center Concept Design: A New City Hall Complex incorporating a mixed <br />use public parking garage with revenue generating ground floor retail space and <br />rooftop residential units; and a large landscaped public plaza and park environment to <br />host special communitywide events. <br /> <br />Bahamian Restaurant Concept Design: In the interest of promoting Transit <br />Corridor private development, the City engaged MC Harry’s planning and design <br />expertise to conceptualize a Public Private Partnership Initiative on property located at <br />the intersection of State Road 7 and SW 25th Street. <br />ARCHITECT
