The master plan <br />consolidates the active sports park developmental interests of the City with those <br />of the surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />City Hall Building <br />Full analysis of City Hall accessibility routes to resolve problems relating to ADA <br />compliance. This analysis resulted in the construction of three ADA ramps and an <br />accessible restroom. <br /> <br />64th Street Traffic Calming <br />Neighborhood traffic calming solution at an existing off -set roadway <br />reconfiguration. Architect introduced landscape features to create a safer and <br />more pedestrian-friendly interface with vehicular traffic. <br /> <br />74th Street Drainage <br />The first of a two phased analysis and design study to improve the roadway and <br />drainage in and around the 74th street intersection with 59th avenue. <br /> <br />Murray Park Community Pool Study <br />The Community Pool is an urban oasis in the heart of the City. The project <br />utilizes the pool attraction to promote weekend open markets in the Park’s grassy <br />commons area. The community pool environment is available for both daytime <br />activities and evening events that might include local music ensembles, art <br />programs, and educational forums. <br /> <br />US-1 Median Landscaping Improvements <br />Median landscape design and related contract documents for eight separate <br />median strips located on US-1 between SW 57th avenue and SW 80th street. <br /> <br />Murray Park ‘Gibson-Bethel’ Community Center <br />A 23,000sf, two story community center home to the Youth Basketball League’s <br />tournament series; the City’s ‘After School House’ student tutoring program; a <br />senior’s dance night; an indoor soccer program and a fitness center. <br />South Miami Park <br />Murray Park Community Pool <br />Murray Park Community Center <br />Murray Park Fitness Center <br />ARCHITECT <br />MCHarry has held this contract since 2015.
