BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND RELEVANCE TO THIS CONTRACT (Include scope, size, and cost) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Prime consultant and architect of record: Conceptual planning and de- <br />sign; renovations and rehabilitation of historic facilities; and the design <br />and construction of park facilities. <br /> <br />New City Hall Complex - The Village of Palmetto Bay hired M.C. <br />Harry & Associates to develop a conceptual design for a new 10,000sf <br />Village Hall Complex to initiate their design/build development program <br />located on a 2.4 acre site. <br /> <br />Thalatta Park - In keeping with Palmetto Bay’s “Village of Parks” mis- <br />sion statement, they engaged MC Harry Associates to renovate their <br />2,600sf Carriage House and repurpose the building as a support facil- <br />ity accommodating public restrooms, park administration offices, and a <br />catering kitchen. <br />Coral Reef Park - A 4,050sf park concessions building offering a <br />place for refreshment, respite, and congregation.
