MC Harry’s Capital Projects for the Town include the LEED Gold Royal Oaks Park Community Center. City of West Park, Florida Multiple master plans and concept designs including a new City Hall complex including a mixed use Parking Ga- rage with ground floor retail/office and rooftop housing; McTyre Park Recreation and Cultural Center; and a P3 spec office building. Additionally, we orchestrated a pubic workshop securing citizen approval of large scale ex- pansions to their ‘transit oriented corridor’ boundaries fronting on State Road 7, Hallandale Beach Boulevard and Pembroke Road . City of Miami, Florida Restoration and repair design services for the historic Dorsey Library, historic Fire Station 2, the Legion Park historic Tee House; and the Eighth Street Domino Park improvements. MC Harry’s Capital Projects include the LEED Gold Dinner Key Marina Dock Master Building and LEED Silver Melreese First Tee Golf Training Center. City of South Miami, Florida Multiple master plans and concept designs including South Miami Park and Murray Park; architectural subcon- sulting services to civil/landscape firms Miller Legg and EAC who hold respective contracts for Parks Planning and Continuing Design Services. MC Harry’s Capital Projects for the City include the Gibson -Bethel Community Center; various streetscape designs and City Hall improvements. Florida Department of Management Services Multiple renovations, repairs and/or ADA improvements to numerous State owned buildings including Regional Service Centers in Marathon, Fort Myers, and Broward County; the North Miami WPBT Building; the Marathon FHP Building; and Miami’s downtown Rohde Building. Miami-Dade County Public Schools - AEPC, Florida Selected to provide professional Architectural Consultant services to the Miami-Dade County School Board for miscellaneous projects for which construction costs do not exceed the statutory limit ($1,000,000). Services included preparation of design and contract documents for projects performed via in-house, GC, CM-at-Risk or term bid contractors and encompass small additions, remodeling, renovations and repairs. Miami-Dade County GSA/ISD, Florida Multiple investigations, special studies and design services related to the Miami -Dade County Courthouse mod- ernization program: exterior restorations, utility upgrades such as telephone, air conditioning systems, elevator systems; space planning and reprogramming throughout the building; interior design and historic restorations; ADA and life safety improvements. Other County projects include development master plans for both the History Miami Museum and Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Florida International University Numerous projects with a construction value under $2 million ranging in size and scope from the planning and design of multiple dining facilities and student classrooms, to office space and toilet room modernization . Management Plan and Team Organization: individuals that make a difference As your on call Architectural Design consultant, M.C. Harry Associates, Inc. will assume lead administrative and project management responsibilities throughout the duration of the contract. We will also be responsible for all architectural design services and construction administration. Critical design and management responsibilities for each major task will be delegated to a design principal or senior associate with in -depth project related ex- perience.
