Page 6 Modeling and Animations: Seeing is believing Throughout the course of project development, we routinely use our in-house 3D Modeling capabilities to com- municate design concepts and their refinements; leading to a well-conceived, affordable, design solution. This design approach allows all stakeholders to critique the project long before it is committed to construction. Sustainable Design: Green architecture MC Harry has LEED accredited professionals on staff with a working familiarity of the sustainable design strate- gies made part of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program. All of MC Harry’s projects rou- tinely complete an in-house checklist to assure conformance with basic ‘green’ standards while adhering to the owner’s budget constraints. We have completed four fully certified municipal building projects, three of which achieved LEED Gold. Harry Associates has a long standing corporate policy of encouraging the use of small and disadvantaged businesses as integral parts of our teams. Minority participation goals are an integral part of our firm business plan. On a corporate basis, we sub-contract approximately 35% of our gross revenue. Of that amount, approxi- mately 95% is normally to minority or disadvantaged consulting firms.
