Topographic Survey to include: <br />a) FPL easement locate trees, structures, fences, paved areas, curbs, poles, overhead lines, and all <br />other significant aboveground features. <br />b) FPL Easement obtain elevations at 50 foot intervals, locating any additional low and high point <br />elevations that may exist between the intervals. <br />c) Prepare plan view of survey on 24” x 36” sheets in AutoCad format. Survey shall contain all the <br />information gathered in the field. <br />2. Prepare Sketch to Accompany Legal Description <br />a) West 5 acre site of tract 61 <br />b) Entire 5 acres less 20’ (total 35’) future R/W dedication for NW 102 avenue and 30’ R/W <br />dedication for NW 62nd street. <br />3.
