Project Experience <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />City of Miami Capital Improvement Program request for Miscellaneous Surveying and <br />Mapping Services, under CIP Work Order No. B-17365 for Topographic, underground and <br />tree survey <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Prime Contractor: <br />City of Miami - CIP <br />City of Miami / Capital Improvement <br />City of Miami, Capital Improvements and Transportation Program <br />444 SW 2nd Avenue, 8th Floor <br />Miami, Florida 33130 <br />keithng@miamigov.com <br /> Key Personnel <br />Project Surveyor Abraham Hadad <br />Project Manager Raul Izquierdo <br />Field Supervisor Ruben Mesa <br /> <br />Scope of Service <br />Performed a Topographic Survey of approximately 45,000 linear feet of road, survey to included the following items: <br />Depiction of Right of Way information based on the City of Miami Street ATLAS sheets, record plats and property appraisal database <br />including all current dedicated areas. <br />Survey limits to extended from Right of Way to Right of Way along the corridor 15 feet into the private properties. <br />Topo survey to extended 100 feet from the end of radius return into the intersecting streets. <br />Located all above ground features, including site lot lines, trees (Height, caliper, species), House number. <br />Collected Rim elevations, invert elevations, bottom of structure and pipe material. <br />Took elevation shots (Cross section elevations) at 25-foot intervals. <br />Elevations referenced to NGVD29 <br />Located all existing ADA ramps and existing driveway approaches. <br />Collected Finished Floor elevation of all Buildings within the corridor <br />Limits of the Survey to extended 15 feet into the private properties along the corridor (when not accessible take elevation shots on the <br />ground) <br /> <br />Date of Service 06-2019 to 03-2019 <br />Professional Fee: $ 154,368.80 <br />Shorecrest B-17365 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />99
