MIAMI-DADE COUNTY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY <br />DEPARTMENT (ITD), MIAMI, FL <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />The Miami Dade Information Technology Building required replacement of all of their <br />HVAC Air Handling Units. The scope of work was delivered in two 2 phases: Phase <br />1 included the replacement of all the Chilled Water Air handling units located in the <br />3rd floor Mechanical room. These AC units served all 3 floors in the building. Phase <br />2 included the replacement of all the VAV’s on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. Provided <br />Mechanical and Electrical design services as well as Construction Administration for <br />this project.
