<br />Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale, FL – This 6-story post tension concrete structure was built around
<br />1987 and has approximately 82,000 square feet of total floor space. Majority of the building
<br />is occupied by Broward County and Port Everglades staff. Hammond & Associates provided
<br />design services for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection. As well as, development
<br />of construction documents (plans/specifications) for bidding, permitting, and construction
<br />administration for the project. Role: Managing Director | Mechanical Engineer
<br />UNITED STATES SECRET SERVICE OFFICE RENOVATION, Atlanta, GA,– 2,600 SF
<br />renovation of an existing office space will serve as an office space and forensic laboratory for
<br />the Secret Service. Project included design for new open office space to accommodate 16
<br />workstations and server room. Hammond & Associates delivered the Mechanical, Electrical, &
<br />Plumbing engineering design. Role: Managing Director | Mechanical Engineer
<br />FULTON COUNTY JAIL LOCKER RENOVATIONS, Atlanta, GA – Project included the
<br />full renovation of existing locker room including new plumbing fixtures for showers,
<br />toilets, and sinks. Also, provide new LED lighting and receptacle locations. Hammond
<br />& Associates delivered the Electrical & Plumbing engineering design serviced for this

<br />ATLANTA POLICE DEPARTMENT ZONE 6 SUBSTATION, Atlanta, GA – 1, 600 SF
<br />renovation of an existing space will serve as a police administration office and station serving the
<br />East Atlanta area. The space contains and new open office space, private office, additional storage
<br />space. Hammond & Associates is delivering the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, engineering

<br />renovation of 5 public bathroom including new plumbing fixtures, hand dryers, lighting, and
<br />exhaust ventilation. Hammond & Associates delivered the Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing

<br />SF Community and Senior Center in Stone Mountain, Ga. This center includes a multi-

<br />locker room & swimming pool. Hammond & Associates is delivering the Mechanical,
<br />Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, & Low Voltage engineering design. Role: Managing

<br />and project management. Nathan handles the daily operations of Hammond
