<br />Chen Moore and Associates (CMA) is pleased to submit our qualifications for Continuing Professional Consulting
<br />Services (CCNA) RFQ No. 2o-o7-o1. CMA has successfully worked for many local South Florida municipalities for over
<br />three decades. CMA was established 33 years ago in Fort Lauderdale and has had a strong presence in Miami-Dade
<br />County since the mid-t99os. Over the course of our history we have grown to a staff of roughly 68 employees
<br />with 7 offices in Florida to serve our client's needs. As civil engineering and construction specialists, with in-house
<br />engineers and construction inspectors, we have designed hundreds of miles of waterand sewerfacilities, roadways,
<br />storm water drainage modeling and improvements, traffc calming projects, bike lanes, pedestrian pathways,
<br />and countless landscape enhancements for The Florida Department of Transportation, the Federal Government,
<br />utilities, local cities, higher education facilities and private clients alike. CMA has an outstanding reputation for
<br />engineering storm water drainage systems and pumping stations, potable/reuse water, gravity sewer and force
<br />main pipe and stormwater systems throughout South Florida. The CMA team fully understands that the scope of
<br />services for this RFP includes a variety of civil engineering services, including feasibility studies, planning, design,
<br />construction documents preparation, bidding services, construction administration and inspections services (CEl),
<br />cost estimating and permitting for roadway & drainage improvements, storm water wells to pressurized wells
<br />with pumps, water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems and other civil engineering services. CMA
<br />has the long term expertise and knowledge and is committed to ensuring successful projects are completed in
<br />accordance with the terms of the proposal being submitted. As such, CMA is submitting this proposal for the
<br />following disciplines: Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering and lnspection Services (CEl). ln the following
