<br />with support from our Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach office staff as needed. ln addition to Mr. Mendez, we
<br />have also assembled a team of familiar and highly qualified subconsultants to assist our professionals. They include

<br />LocalKnowledge
<br />Because we are locally based and have been in Miami-Dade County for over 14 years, we are very familiar with
<br />the applicable regulatory agencies and have well-developed working relationships with all permitting agencies,
<br />including Miami-Dade County DERM, South Florida Water Management District, Miami-Dade County Public Works,
<br />Florida DEP and the Florida Department of Transportation. Chen Moore and Associates understands that if selected,
<br />the firm is willing to meet any location, budget, task orders or minority business enterprise procurement goal. ln
<br />addition, during the term of the Agreement Chen Moore and Associates shall maintain in good standing all required
<br />licenses, certifications and permits required under federal, state and local laws necessary to perform the services.
