Description of Work – The scope of work included the upgrading of 36 <br />beach showers to reduce mosquito infestation during the Zika outbreak. <br />Work included survey of existing conditions, addition of new trench drains, <br />sand separators, drain fields, paving and dune retaining walls. <br />c. The team worked closely with the Sunset Island <br />Home Owner's Association and the CMB Capital Improvements <br />Department. Disciplines included civil engineering, structural engineering, <br />MEP engineering, surveyor, geotechnical engineer, and landscape <br />architecture. The team worked closely with the CMB Capital Improvements <br />Department as well as the operator/client, The Rhythm Foundation. <br />Disciplines included structural engineering. Services provided: schematic <br />design, renderings, structural analysis, cost estimating, and hybrid project <br />deliveries including design/build and design/bid. <br />c.
