Description of Work: The scope of work included the design of a new 19 <br />acre park at the southern end of Miami Beach at Government Cut. The <br />park included new landscape, land forms a multi-use pavilion, outdoor <br />theater, bridge, and vehicular storage building. <br />c. Year completed: 2010 <br />d. Project Title – Ward Tower Façade Improvements and Window Replacement <br />a. Client – Miami Dade County – Public Housing and Community <br />Development <br />b. Description of Work – The scope of work include the renovation of the <br />façade and miscellaneous repairs of a 17 story public housing residential <br />tower. Improvements included the repair of significant spalling/stucco, <br />replacement of all windows and storefronts, replacement of the single unit <br />wall through air conditioner units for each unit including the condenser <br />conduit lines, stucco repair, painting and general repair of all the hallways <br />and lobby, repaving/restriping of parking lot, exterior lighting replacement, <br />and the waterproofing/painting of the building. Project Title – ADA Upgrades of 3 Housing complexes <br />a. Client – Miami Dade County – Public Housing and Community <br />Development <br />b. Description of Work – The scope of work involved the ADA Improvements <br />of 3 public housing communities in Miami Dade. These included the Abe <br />Arronovitz Apartments, the Little River Housing community, and the Phyllis <br />Wheatley Apartments. Work included upgrades and code compliance of <br />all public spaces including entrances, parking lot, lobby, community <br />rooms, and the conversion of 3-4 living units in each project to fulfill ADA <br />compliance. This included the reconfiguration of the kitchen, bathrooms, <br />hall ways, and entrances in each apartment. <br />c. Year completed: 2017 <br />d.
