This project involves <br />providing engineering design services related to general civil, drainage, electrical site <br />lighting, parking, site striping and overall site plan. <br /> <br />Under this scope of work, Nova has been retained to complete the detailed design of the <br />Civil / Site modifications required for the new trailer complex to be located at the South <br />Miami Heights (SMH) site. The civil and site modifications include paving, grading, and <br />drainage design. Nova is responsible for the detailed civil engineering design as well as <br />drainage plans and associated calculations. Deliverables included final civil design <br />drawings and technical specifications to be incorporated into the construction package to <br />be used for the purposes of bidding the project. <br /> <br />As Engineer of Record, Nova is also responsible for preparing all permitting forms and <br />documentation and obtaining the required permit approvals for the project, as well as <br />providing engineering services during construction as required, including review of <br />contractor submittals such as shop drawings, change orders, and requests for information, <br />and project final certification. <br /> <br />
