90 <br />ResumesPMM Consulting Engineers, Corp. <br /> <br />PMM Consulting Engineers, Corp. <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Yasel has over 17 years of experience in <br />structural engineering drafting and inspections in the <br />areas of marine structures, as well as commercial, <br />educational, environmental, and housing projects. <br /> <br />Mr. Yasel provides drafting support and services on all PMM's projects. Several project examples <br />include: <br /> <br />• Cruise Terminals F & G Remodeling, PortMiami, Miami, FL. Scope <br />includes cruise terminal architectural and engineering planning, design <br />and post designer services for repairs, upgrades, interior finish <br />improvements and possibly new construction. Projects that may fall <br />within this project include the following: building envelopment systems, <br />horizontal and vertical circulation, parking facilitates, provisioning <br />facilities, comfort stations and increasing restroom level of services. <br />This is an on-going project and the extent of the entire scope has yet to <br />be defined. <br /> <br />• Capital Development Program, Port of Miami, Miami, FL. Dodge and <br />Lummus Island Development. Provided design and construction <br />administration services for a series of projects during the development <br />of both Dodge and Lummus Islands. Projects included: <br /> <br />o Seaboard Marine Site, PortMiami, FL. Mr. Sosa coordinated the <br />drafting efforts with the consultants for this site which was re- <br />developed as a heavy industrial container yard. PMM developed <br />structural plans for the drainage structures as well as for all the high mast lighting. <br /> <br />• Crandon Park Marina, Key Biscayne, FL. The seawall adjacent to the boat ramps built circa 1950 <br />was showing signs of deterioration because of age and prop wash. After performing an underwater <br />inspection, it was determined that the best course of action was to replace the existing concrete sea <br />wall with a new sheet pile wall which should have a 50-year life expectancy. Mr. Martinez was <br />personally involved during the testing, design and will be involved in the implementation of the <br />repairs. <br /> <br />• Advantage Academy, Miami, FL. Design of 48,000 SF charter school located in Miami Dade <br />County. School consisted of classrooms, meeting rooms, administrative offices, teachers’ lounge, art <br />room, cafeteria, storage areas, janitorial closets, physical educations areas, etc… The facility <br />consisted of a two-story load bearing masonry structure where the first elevated floor consisted of <br />pre-stressed pre-cast concrete joists supporting a concrete slab, the roof consisted of open web steel <br />joists supporting a metal decking; all on spread foundations. <br /> <br />• Christopher Columbus High School Locker Rooms, Miami, FL. To complement their athletic <br />program, Construction Documents and Construction Administration Services were provided for an <br />1,000 SF office and locker room for the baseball team. <br /> <br />• Christopher Columbus High School - Pedestrian Bridge, Miami, FL.
