<br />Seavee Boats New Warehouse Facility, Medley, FL. A 145,000 SF
<br />warehouse facility which includes manufacturing areas for new motor boats,
<br />offices, storage areas, restrooms, etc.

<br />El Car Wah Facilities, Various locations throughout Miami, FL. Over 10 new
<br />car wash facilities that offer the customers a drive through car wash facility and
<br />supplemental areas to vacuum and detail the vehicles.

<br />Forest Mere Apartments, Naples/Fort Myers, FL. Over 9,000 Sf of 2 story apartments.

<br />Port of Miami, Miami, FL. Relocation of several trailers including required structural support, etc.

<br />Christopher Columbus Baseball Field House Addition, Miami, FL. Enlarged existing field house to a
<br />two-story facility which included additional lockers, storage, changing rooms and additional support
<br />areas. The addition was ADA compliant.

<br />Apostolic Church, Cutler Ridge, FL. A new 6,500 SF Christian church which included offices,
<br />restrooms, mezzanine, and areas of worship.

<br />Family Dollar Stores, various locations throughout Miami, FL. Completed 8 stores varying in size from
<br />4,500 to 6,000 SF. An additional two stories are currently under design. Stores include stockrooms,
<br />restrooms, storage, registers and consumer areas.
